‘Le goût des sens’ ( the taste of senses ) is a group food design project made for our diploma at Arba-Esa in Brussels. It was a 3 parts banquet playing around the 5 senses and the 5 flavours.
We based our research on the “humors theory” by Hypocrathe and modernized it with the 5 senses. The main goal was to immerse the eaters into a sensory trip. Every one of the 5 meals puts in brightness one of the senses.
